These pictures are from a stage that I helped to design and build along with my boss and two volunteers. The ship is made of PVC pipe for the structural base and butcher paper that we painted to look like wood for the exterior. There is a large fishing net placed over the front of the ship to hide the top of the butcher paper and give the illusion of a real ship and the water at the bottom was created with spandex fabric and real shells. We also added a wheel to the front of the DJ booth as they would be the captain of the musical adventure. This wheel is made out of foam board and paint.
